One system, from the shelf to the ledger.

For shops in Bangladesh that sell on Facebook, WhatsApp, a WordPress website and over the counter with a POS. Orders, stock, couriers, COD and the books live in one place, so nobody types the same order twice.

  1. Messenger, WhatsApp, WordPress and POS orders in one place
  2. Parcels booked with Pathao, Steadfast or RedX
  3. Double-entry books that post themselves

Zagle so far

  • $1M+ in sales processed through Zagle
  • 10+ businesses paying for Zagle
  • ৳1.5 crore in revenue over three months, run through Zagle by one early shop

Every time work changed hands, someone typed it again.

In Bangladesh, most businesses sell the same products across Facebook, WhatsApp, a WordPress website and a physical shop's POS. Every channel needs someone managing it by hand.

The tabs a shop's staff keep open all day:

  • WordPress admin
  • Facebook page
  • WhatsApp
  • Shop POS
  • Pathao
  • Steadfast
  • RedX
  • Excel
  • A notebook
Zagle
  • Every channel in one inbox
  • One stock figure
  • The books post themselves

An order taken in a chat gets typed into the website, then into a courier portal, then into Excel. The notebook says one stock count and the website says another.

Follow the stock from the supplier to the books.

Seven steps, one record. Each step picks up what the last one wrote.

  1. 01/07

Stock comes in from a photo

Take a photo of the supplier's challan.

  2. 02/07

    Every channel in one inbox

Messenger and WhatsApp chats land in one inbox.

The unified inbox: a Messenger chat beside the order Zagle drafted from it, with the customer's name, phone, address and items ready to confirm.
  3. 03/07

    One stock figure

The shop, the website and the chats all sell from the same figure.

A website order and a walk-in sale at Circuit Haat, and the stock table showing on hand, reserved and available for each product.
  4. 04/07

A fraud check before you ship

Before the parcel goes out, Zagle scores the customer from their delivery history with Pathao and RedX: how many parcels they took, and how many came back.

A customer's reliability score, worked out from their past deliveries and returns with Pathao and RedX.
  5. 05/07

Booked with the courier in one click

Book Pathao, Steadfast or RedX from inside the order.

A parcel booked with a courier from inside the order, and the status updates the courier sent back.
  6. 06/07

COD comes back and is settled

When the courier pays out, the settlement is recorded parcel by parcel: the COD collected, the courier's fee and the net amount paid.

A courier settlement broken down by parcel: COD collected, courier fee and the net amount paid.
  7. 07/07

    The books post themselves

Every step above posts its own double-entry journal entry.

Journal entries posted by a sale and a courier payout, each with balanced debit and credit lines and a Reverse button.

Ask

Ask the shop a question in plain words.

Type a question and get the answer from the shop's own records.

  • The model never writes the numberIt only picks which question to run. Every figure in the answer comes from the same code that draws your reports.
  • It says when it can't answerIf your records can't answer a question, Ask tells you so instead of guessing.
  • It matches your dashboardThe answer and the figure on your screen come from the same place, so they agree.

02Accounting & security How the books work

Books nobody can edit after the fact.

A double-entry ledger sits under every sale, purchase and parcel. At year end, the owner exports the P&L, balance sheet and stock sheet without an accountant.

A journal entry posted by a sale: 4,010 taka debited to accounts receivable, and 3,890 taka of sales revenue and 120 taka of delivery income credited, with a Reverse button.

Debit = Credit

  1. 01

    Double-entry, every time

Each sale, payment and stock movement posts debit and credit lines that balance.

  2. 02

    Corrected by a reversing entry

A mistake gets an opposite entry that points back at it. The original stays on the record.

  3. 03

Trial balance as of any date

Pick a day, past or present, and see every account's balance on it.

  4. 04

Balance sheet and profit and loss

What the shop owns, owes and is worth on a day, and what it earned over a period.

Your shop's records stay yours.

  • Every shop walled off Each shop's data is scoped to that shop on every read and write. One shop can't see another's.
  • Roles built from single permissions Give a cashier the counter and nothing else, or a manager stock but not the books. Each permission is granted on its own.
  • An audit trail Who changed what, and when, is recorded as it happens.
  • A ledger that can't be edited after posting Posted entries stay as they are. Corrections are new entries that point back at the old ones.
  • Signed courier webhooks Each courier account has its own secret. A status update that isn't signed with it is rejected.

Questions shop owners ask us.

How does the inbox work?

Messages to your Facebook page and your WhatsApp number land in one inbox in Zagle. Zagle's agent reads the chat and drafts the order with the customer's name, phone, address and items. Your staff check the draft and confirm it in one click, and from then on it is an order like any other, in the same list as your WordPress website orders and POS sales.

How does reading a challan work?

Take a photo of the challan your supplier sends with the goods. Zagle reads the items and quantities off the photo and records the stock received against your products, so nobody types the lines in.

Which couriers does Zagle work with?

Pathao, Steadfast and RedX. You book parcels from inside the order, status updates come back on their own, and each courier's payouts are settled parcel by parcel. The fraud check uses a customer's delivery history with Pathao and RedX.

Does it work with my WordPress (WooCommerce) website?

Yes. Website orders come into Zagle next to your counter sales and chat orders, and your stock and catalogue are pushed back to the website, so it only offers what you can still sell.

Can I use it at the counter?

Yes. There is a POS screen for counter sales. A counter sale takes stock off the same figure your online orders use, and posts to the same books.

How deep does the accounting go?

It is a double-entry ledger: a chart of accounts, journal entries, a trial balance as of any date, a balance sheet, profit and loss, receivables and payables by age, and stock valued per lot. Sales, purchases, returns, payments and stock movements post on their own, and mistakes are corrected by reversal.

What does the AI do, and can it get numbers wrong?

Ask turns a question in plain words into a query that Zagle's own reporting code runs. The model never writes a figure. Every number comes from the same calculations as your reports, and if your records can't answer the question, Ask says so.

Is my data kept separate from other shops?

Yes. Every read and write is scoped to your shop, so no other shop on Zagle can see your orders, stock, customers or books. Inside your shop, roles decide who sees what, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.
