Step 01 of 07
Stock comes in from a photo
Take a photo of the supplier's challan. Zagle reads the items and quantities off it and records the stock, so nobody types a line.
01 · The product
For shops in Bangladesh that sell on Facebook, WhatsApp, a WordPress website and over the counter with a POS. Orders, stock, couriers, COD and the books live in one place, so nobody types the same order twice.
Before Zagle
In Bangladesh, most businesses sell the same products across Facebook, WhatsApp, a WordPress website and a physical shop's POS. Every channel needs someone managing it by hand.
The tabs a shop's staff keep open all day
An order taken in a chat gets typed into the website, then into a courier portal, then into Excel. The notebook says one stock count and the website says another.
The tour
Seven steps, one record. Each step picks up what the last one wrote.
Step 01 of 07
Take a photo of the supplier's challan. Zagle reads the items and quantities off it and records the stock, so nobody types a line.
Step 02 of 07
Messenger and WhatsApp chats land in one inbox. Zagle's agent reads the chat and drafts the order with the customer, phone, address and items, and your staff confirm it in one click. WordPress website orders sync in through WooCommerce, and counter sales ring up at the POS.
Step 03 of 07
The shop, the website and the chats all sell from the same figure. Stock is reserved the moment an order is placed, so nobody can promise the same unit to someone else.
Step 04 of 07
Before the parcel goes out, Zagle scores the customer from their delivery history with Pathao and RedX: how many parcels they took, and how many came back.
Step 05 of 07
Book Pathao, Steadfast or RedX from inside the order. The courier's status updates come back on their own, through signed webhooks.
Step 06 of 07
When the courier pays out, the settlement is recorded parcel by parcel: the COD collected, the courier's fee and the net amount paid.
Step 07 of 07
Every step above posts its own double-entry journal entry. A mistake is corrected with a reversing entry, and the original stays on the record.
The app
These are screens from Zagle itself. The counter, the orders, the stock and the books all read from the same records.
Ask
Type a question and get the answer from the shop's own records.
Try asking
It only picks which question to run. Every figure in the answer comes from the same code that draws your reports.
If your records can't answer a question, Ask tells you so instead of guessing.
The answer and the figure on your screen come from the same place, so they agree.

WordPress website orders come in. Stock and the catalogue go back out.
Page messages land in the inbox, and orders are drafted from the chat.
Customer chats land in the same inbox, and orders are drafted from them too.
Messages to your Facebook page and your WhatsApp number land in one inbox in Zagle. Zagle's agent reads the chat and drafts the order with the customer's name, phone, address and items. Your staff check the draft and confirm it in one click, and from then on it is an order like any other, in the same list as your WordPress website orders and POS sales.
Take a photo of the challan your supplier sends with the goods. Zagle reads the items and quantities off the photo and records the stock received against your products, so nobody types the lines in.
Pathao, Steadfast and RedX. You book parcels from inside the order, status updates come back on their own, and each courier's payouts are settled parcel by parcel. The fraud check uses a customer's delivery history with Pathao and RedX.
Yes. Website orders come into Zagle next to your counter sales and chat orders, and your stock and catalogue are pushed back to the website, so it only offers what you can still sell.
Yes. There is a POS screen for counter sales. A counter sale takes stock off the same figure your online orders use, and posts to the same books.
It is a double-entry ledger: a chart of accounts, journal entries, a trial balance as of any date, a balance sheet, profit and loss, receivables and payables by age, and stock valued per lot. Sales, purchases, returns, payments and stock movements post on their own, and mistakes are corrected by reversal.
Ask turns a question in plain words into a query that Zagle's own reporting code runs. The model never writes a figure. Every number comes from the same calculations as your reports, and if your records can't answer the question, Ask says so.
Yes. Every read and write is scoped to your shop, so no other shop on Zagle can see your orders, stock, customers or books. Inside your shop, roles decide who sees what, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.
